extreme diet for 2 weeks

day 1... Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.....

8.00am breakfast
- Tupperware Lactofiber.
- vege diet soup
- Duromine (appetite suppressant).
-250ml H2O

10.30am snack
-250ml H2O
- orange

1.00pm lunch
-250ml H2O
- 1 large bowl of diet chicken vege soup

3.00pm
- 250ml herbalife tea.
- 250ml H20

5.00pm Herbalife shake
-250ml H2O
